I AM DONE!
At least with the school. I can't believe it's finished. Our last class was yesterday and today I'll be breaking down our classroom and putting everything in boxes until January. This school has been quite the experience. The verse "through your weakness, my strength is made perfect" has been true throughout the whole school. Thank you all for praying. I don't think I could have made it like I did without you.
What's next? Beginning next week, I will transition into another ministry. Due to security, I can't describe what the ministry does. However, I can say that I will heading to Nepal in 3 weeks with some people from a country north of us. We will be there for 3 weeks telling people about the one who Loves us and also to find possible locations to "plant" for the future. Please, please, please pray. There are 5 of us going and none of us have the finances we need to get there. All we know is that God has said to go, so we're going.
So here are some pics to show you what I've been up to:
Ryan (the guy standing) had a good, old fashioned Southern pot-luck. There are several Texans and North Carolinians on base. In keeping with tradition of Southern parties, there was WAY too much food. AND, we got to share our Southern culture with an Aussie (the guy beside me) and an islander (I'll let you guess which one). The night was full of laughter, hunting/redneck stories, and listening to You Might Be A Redneck jokes (which of course is mostly true)
Then I got to experience another type of culture: Island Dancing. This dance is from New Zealand
This group of YWAMers do this as their ministry. They travel all over the world doing this

My really good friend from North Carolina. She is the other SOFM leader (the China-focused SOFM). I guess there's a North Carolina anointing for being a SOFM leader
A birthday party. You noticed I'm the only one (the one in the white hat) not realizing there's a picture being taken......I was hungry!
