A different kind of post
A month ago, I decided to start asking God about what I should do for my postings for this blog. It seems that people actually do read it so I want you to get the most for your "money" (hehe). Now, I don't think you HAVE to ask God for every little decision. I mean, He DID give us some common sense (some more than others :). I have found, however, that when you ask God's opinion or for ideas, well He does have some great thoughts on the matter. Soooo.......why not ask Him? As you know, last month, God said I should have a fun post. I'm glad I did as many seemed to really enjoy it (go God!).
Now that I have you on bated breath wondering what amazing thing is going to be posted this time, I will tell you soon. As you might notice, I don't have any pictures. This is extremely rare because I know when I go on blogs or newletters, I usually just look at the pictures and not really read much. So, if you're still reading this, you're doing a much better job than me.
Before you find out the key theme of this dissertation (as it's starting to feel like now as I write), I need to preface it by saying I DID pray about this post. What I got from God is something I didn't want to write about. WHY????? because it has to do with money. As I am soooo thankful for those who do support me financially, I would like to put the cry out there I do need more monthly support. It's becoming more of a challenge now to keep up my bills.
I will end with this: if you can give even $5 a month, it will help. Because if 20 of you give $5 a month, that's $100 a month extra that can help. Before you decide how to respond to this post, will you please ask God what He wants you to do? I trust His guidance of you.
