Up, Up, and Away!

The past few weeks have been a blur. Prep here, meet there, and pack in between. I have a new found respect for travel agents! Whoo! There's a lot to be done. But! after all is said and done, I see the fruits of my labor and am now chillin' (quite literally) in Moscow with my twin sister and her family. In about a week, I will be heading off to my school in Perth, Australia where it's a nice 85°F. Below are some pictures of my last few weeks and some pics from the past few days here in Russia. My sister and mom suprised me by taking me to Angus Barn for my birthday. They have the best garlic toast! Mmmm.....thanks mom and Andrea!




Then, about a week before my sister and I left, they gave me a going away party. I was so blessed by how many showed.....the family is indeed an amazing thing!











Finally, up, up and away to Russia! Here are some pictures to help those in the South appreciate their good weather!





All that stuff behind Andrea is snow that's been plowed. It's like that all over the city.







Here's an example of a typical Russian meal: rice, sausage (the kind Grandma use to make!), fried cheese, and an apple pie thingy.
